A vacancy exists within the Maintenance Systems Department for the position of Engineer –
Electrical. Those who are interested in and meet the requirement for this position are invited to

Key elements of the position include:
• Identify and develop solutions to existing problems to improve equipment performance,
availability, reliability, maintainability, safety and minimize cost and environmental impact.
• Contribute to the selection equipment by producing technical specifications and evaluations and
performing inspection and commissioning services.
• Provide designs for modifications and additions for the mining mobile equipment to meet set
standards.
• Manage electrical projects to ensure customer requirements are satisfied, also meet to KPC
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standard.
• Prepare and manage site support to control work so that technical and commercial requirements
are met.
• Advise Divisional staff on electrical engineering matters identified as necessary to meet division
goals and objectives.
• Develop, implement, and monitoring of Reliability Management program.
• Conduct Reliability Analysis (RCM, RCA, FMEA, etc) as required.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Team to do Reliability Analysis and implement Maintenance Policy.
• Conduct Component Life Evaluation (CLE), minimum once a year, when budgeting process on going.
• Submit Component Life Evaluation (CLE) Report.
• Produce Reliability Management KPI Report.
• Ensure RCM Analysis is “live”, and develop it to become trouble shooting guide.
• Provide and maintain Reliability Database and Failure Database.
• Involve in reliability and business process improvement initiative.
• Ensure Equipment Safety Performance conducted regularly.
Qualifications:
• S1 graduate Electrical Engineering from reputable university with 2 - 3 years’ experience.
• Project & Contract Management skills.
• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance, understanding of equipment reliability.
• Proven skills in high voltage work scope.
• Experience in electric drive automation system, traction motor and alternator is preferred.
• Good skills within Excel, Word and Visio software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish good relations.
• Good communication (written and oral) skills in English (level 5) and Indonesian.
• Knowledge and ability to implement KPC safety policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of products on the market to improve equipment performance.
