Developer Analyst
• Male
• D3 / S1 Informatics Engineerings, Computer Science
• Have experience as Developer Analyst min. 1 year
• Have knowledge in : Operating System : LINUX; Database : Oracle, My SQL; Programming : PL / SQL / C / C++ / Java
• Can work under minimum supervision

Responsibilities for Developer Analyst :
• Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.
• Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs.
• Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.
• Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise.
• Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
• Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues
• Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
• Analyze data required and dependencies and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
• Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
• Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of IT software development projects.
• Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
• Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all project sources to assist in addressing and resolving IT software development issues.

Responsibilities for Programmer
• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
• Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes.
• Test and develop programming modifications.
• Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users
• Maintain standards compliance
• Creating technical specifications and test plans;
• Working closely with other team members, such as project managers, systems analysts, quality assurance/control and technical writer;
• Continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
• Deliver development module/s on-time and to specification with an appropriate level of quality.
• Collaborate with technical writers to create customer-relevant documentation.
